What evidence do you have for doing so? The fact that someone has many items is no evidence of fraud. If you have other questions of this type, please contact one of the trade moderators

I don't want to be rude, but common sense plays a role here. I'm not asking for him to be banned. I am simply asking how can a site allow a clear ingame cheater (which affects the legit players massively) be a mediator ?

As I wrote to you above. Having multiple items doesn't mean someone is a cheater. There have been no related topics in Scammer Accusation against this user. And his topics in no way violate the rules of the forum.

Also in an instance such as this. With some clearly unscrupulous activity i think the onus should be on Tosho to explain why he has so many items - if he's selling for "friends" ask him to provide proof


He is the one in a position of authority on this site - site moderators should use common sense !

There is no evidence indicating that he’s botting simply because he’s listed a sales thread selling items,
