The best you can do is hit the report post button. and go on your way, do not respond to provocations. Each report is checked by moderators.
If the situation persists, collect all the evidence and send it to one of the moderators.
Remember that if you don't see an action, it doesn't mean that it hasn't been taken. Not all actions of moderators are visible to the regular user of the forum
