So they sent me an email telling me that my stuff will be sent from a non UPS agent and to contact him for more info, but they never told me which agent was that

I dont have any idea where the things are now

How do I know that 🫠

Contact UPS with the tracking number. And the hotline will certainly provide you with information on which carrier your items currently have.
