Hello,

I am trying to recover my old account (prior to this one), I was able to find the username, but when I request to reset the account so I can get a new password to the account it tells me that I cannot recover that account. No reasons as to why, or how to proceed with attempting to recover the account

Any help please?

If it actually says Account cannot be recovered and it isn't banned or disabled, I'd PM Kevin and ask why. AFAIK, there's no lower-tier staff members that can answer unique questions concerning account security. (Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong about that staff members)

The only way to recover your account is via the recovery link I gave you below. He must provide more account information. Only the account owner can know. List all the e-mails that come to him mind that he have ever used, enter the orb's you have, amount of donation, paypal account, etc.

This is not an automatic system. Each such notification is manually checked by the administrator.

There is no other way to recover your account. Only forum administrators have access to information such as payments or e-mail address for which the account was registered.
