Didnt know where to ask but is there any dueling scene in hd ladder. Low lvl dueling for fun, like ppl just get best low lvl char they can make and just go duel it?

And are those 20-40lvl charms anything worth wheres max dmg attack rating and somethink? for low lvl duelers
