Every user has an option in the settings to write their own limit. For example 1000 fg
When user transfers ammount bigger than the ammount above, there will be popup window asking again.

I accidently transfered from 3k to 30k fg this way

Furthermore, I don’t think there is a need to implement this feature, if you accidentally sent over the intended amount of FG, you can get it back, if the user does not send back the fg, it’ll be considered a scam in which the appropriate staff members on JSP will take action. It’s hard to fool proof every little action on a website, it’s best to just be redundant when checking over your actions before doing so.
