Just did a fresh install on windows so trying to log into my account on it. Can't seem to remember my password and when I use the reset, it doesn't send me any emails.

I've tried using the account recovery tool but it says they don't allow hotmail/live/outlook emails but thats all I have.

I've got access to my account on my phone and laptop so wondering how to proceed. Thank you

What email provider are you submitting for form for? There are a couple that has known issues of not receiving jsp emails.

There’s a forgot email button on the log in page that you can fill out and give some info on the account that gets manually reviewed and they will switch the email for you, you might be able to get around that if you msg a higher up mod, I think when I had to deal with getting my email switched Kevin was dealing with it, not sure if he still is.

I did try this however it says it won't accept the Gmail or hotmail accounts.
