And when does it expire.

Also is it worth joining D2R , or are there still alot of bots and hackers?

If you enjoy playing the game, go for it. Bots/others will, unfortunately, probably always be part of the game though.

The last reset was October 6th/7th 2022.

It all depends on you if it's worth playing D2R, if you enjoyed D2 Legacy then yes.
