Is CC-Cleana still KING when it comes to cleaning unwanted files?

I personally use iolo System Mechanic, works wonders.

depends what you want
for cleaning your own files i use treesizefree (will show you all your largest files etc and you can decide if you want to dump them)

ccleaner is still fine for cleaning caches and cookies and temp files

I didn't think the question fully through My main reason for using the software is to remove unwanted files taking up space & lagging the System Performance.

cc cleaner and windirstat ( to clear big files)

Last time I did something like that I used Spybot Search & Destroy and cc cleaner
