Sometimes things in get the way of trades like real life situations.

It maybe considered bad mannered but users have all rights to back out of trades or retract bids at any given time,

patience is a virtue when it comes to trading as you cannot really confirm whether the user is actually having computer issues or he's wanting to back out of the trade.

On the other hand, you have every right to terminate a trade if you don't want to wait for the user and as CrackerSJ said in post #2 you may also block him.

Excellent, as always, without solving anything, and here in the forum the trolls, and the scammers always have the advantage, doing what they want. Because d2jsp moderators only respond like robots when someone has a problem. According to your original post you were not scammed, the person who you traded with either had computer issues or intends to back out of the trade which neither are illegal.

As I've mentioned before backing out of trades or if you simply believe another user has wasted your time is not a violation of the trading rules nor the forum rules, we promote and facilitate trading but we don't ever force users to trade.
