Hello my friend moves to new apartment and after he connected to internet that comes with the apartment he got account locked becouse of some one who lived there before was banned and now he got banned with no reason what he should do now? He tomd me that he got accused for scamming in 2015 and he never used jsp before and matyer of fact he have proof that he moved to new apartment recently and admins doesnt want to listen at all😔 all they respond is pay the scam back….

He did and he was forced to pay back for slme other crime

You posting on-behalf of your friend will not help him unlock his account, in-addition to that you may be investigated for involvement as well.

In order to unlock his account he needs to follow all the instructions that were given to him in response by members of staff responsible for repayment and scammer accusation and he needs to deal with it himself.
