so if i get a notification i still have to F5 refresh to see this, I feel this makes the notifications pointless,

Am i doing something wrong here or is there a work around for some real time notifications , maybe even sound!

I have set notfications in JSP settings to Chrome browser.

First, clear your browser data.


if that doesn't help, check if some program is blocking your notifications. They are most often blocked by an antivirus.

ive tried 3 diferent devices, 2PC and laptops without antivirus protection, ive tried 2 accounts,
Test post while having browser open or not,

And none of these resulted in any notifications at all :/

ONLY if manually pressing F5/refresh

2 friends also have the same problem :/

When I get a notification, Windows gives me a pop up notification with sound so I know when someone has replied to me. So I would check your Windows settings.
