if your friend has ever used d2jsp. And his account was banned. He will not be able to post here again from the new account. This could be another reason.

New accounts need to wait 2 weeks before they can post

never used jsp before so never get banned.

It's possible they are reviewing his account? Try using post #4s advice otherwise

Maybe it’s a shared IP address issue? Not sure if the site allows for multiple accounts to post from the same IP.

no we dont live together
