D2jsp doesn't work like that. If scammer stole your fg, jsp will lock his fg with enough evidence but never send it back to you.
Why? Cos then you would never go and buy fg and put money in their pockets

Use a mediator next time is what you will hear, but those apparently sometiems take multiple hours to respond. So yeah, you learn while you live and today you learned that sometimes you just get fucked over
