Hello I’m trying to move my friends list to the top of my page but it won’t update

Click on edit friends > Middle and 1 > update settings than go on your profile and click save profile settings under your avatar. Should work then.

Change the display order to 1
Then change the Display order of your notes and signature to 2 and 3
and make sure the setting is middle
