the best you can do is hit the report post button and keep going. Don't react to taunts. Each report is checked by the staff team

1 month reporting that scammer but no justice.

Be patient. The moderator will answer you right. The moderators are just very busy. And in due time, you will surely get an answer.

You should not retaliate to him with the same behavior by bidding 00.01 fg on his items.... and then ask the mods for help while he does it to you. You need to ignore the user and collect reports in a notepad and send to a trade moderator after he exhibits a clear pattern. I wouldn't bother reporting his bids as spam as out of context it will just clog the system up. Collect manual list of his behavior

It is not against the rules for a user to make an offer on an item even though you may deem it to be a "lowball" offer, however making multiple posts linking to your original sales thread does constitute as spam so please refrain from doing that.

It will do you no harm to just ignore his "offer" and wait for an offer you're satisfied with, you do not need to open more posts to link to your original topic.

Of course as Sqnman007 said if you believe that he's maliciously spamming your posts then by all means do hit the report button and report his replies, moderators will carefully review your reports and take appropriate action against him if needed.
