try disabling ipv6 and setting your dns servers to cloudflare 1.1.1.1 or google 8.8.8.8 on ipv4

Connecting to the internet doesn't mean you actually have connection directly. Try pinging 8.8.8.8 in command prompt. This is googles DNS server, and has echo enabled. If you get pings back - you are connected.

Hi Partank,

If you suddenly get similar errors again do a DNS flush, go to the start menu and search "cmd" then in the command prompt window type in "ipconfig /flushdns" and press enter, make sure you're launching cmd as an administrator.

If that doesn't work than in cmd, refresh your windows network socket too by typing in "netsh winsock reset" in the same window.

In this particular case it actually sounds like your ISP was the source of the issue :p in general, if restarting your router/modem doesn't do the trick, just call your ISP:p
