1. You can't stop people from interacting with your threads.
2. if they continue the behavior, gather multiple examples up and send it to the appropriate moderator for the subforum.
3. Ignore them and don't encourage/interact with them in anyway.
*Edit* looking at your history, if someone offers less than your asking price just ignore them. You responding "reported" constitutes an early bump, which is why its getting closed.
