We need to do something about this it’s happened 7 times in the last hour I don’t understand what’s wrong with people it’s really annoying

What about a message that pops up in big red words that says warning this is non ladder not ladder 👍

Report the posts and move on, that's how it's being dealt with here. If the same person does it multiple times, collect the links and send them to a TA or TM.

If you have a recommendation for the site, post it in site suggestion and attach a poll if you are aiming for change.

Site suggestions opens you up to more creatives who’d like to see changes move forward and may even comment to improve your recommendation.

General Help is very process oriented; rule followers who seldom see outside the rules as their instinct is apply it whats current (which isn’t a dig because all organizations need a balance with that to stay on track)

I have to admit the core of your message is true for the most part, and I appreciate the opportunity to think of it again, under another perspective

Feel free to post it in site suggestions, but I'll vote no. People post in HC / SC etc wrong all the time. If a deal is too good to be true, its likely on the wrong section.

It does get a little confusing at times for users who aren't on the lookout since there isn't adequate spacing between the subforum links especially if you're browsing on a phone or a device with a smaller screen.

As mentioned multiple times above you may report the topics if you noticed they were posted in the wrong forums and trade moderators will move the topic after reviewing the report.

You may also suggest a solution in Site Suggestions, make sure you attach a poll.
