What error messages are you getting when you’re trying to connect to Battle.net with your connection? Is it the client you’re not able to connect to？

Are you using an authenticator?

Will loading the screenshot but have Diablo on Germany and it’s not d2r it’s Diablo classic

Hot spot always change ip the internet, so maybe u get banned by IP from your main internet, if u have static IP as main connection u may no log in this IP

Is been ip suspended. Maybe 30 days.

I get the same thing and prior to that the cannot validate your version error (patch upg from 1.14b to 1.14d) message on EU bnet but apparently works if you select Asia instead.
