Whenever I try to reach the site on my home WiFi I’m getting a access denied message that I’ve never seen before. Doesn’t seem to ever go away. When I just use my cell data I can access the site just fine. Did my home IP address get blocked or something?

Not when I’m trying to access the site and getting that message. I have mozzilla VPN and can reach the site while using it. Currently just on cell data though.

Edit: misread sorry. Have you tried the routine cache/cookies/restart? How long has this been happening? If you used to have an account that was banned I would imagine that it would prevent your IP that was in question from using another account.

First of all do not use a VPN or a proxy to browse d2jsp as that could land your account in jeopardy,

secondly it may sound like your IP could have been mistakenly blocked so your best option is contact one of our administrators using the contact form here: https://forums.d2jsp.org/contact.php , select "proxy issues" afterwards and Kevin will assist you from then on.
