So last night it was working fine, but as of this morning I have “access denied” message trying to access d2jsp while connected to wifi from my phone or computer (firefox and chrome), however, my phone can still connect if I disable wifi and use data (how I’m writing this right now).

I Googled it and saw that people suggested turning off VPN (I don’t have one) and resetting modem/router (did that, nothing changed). I didn’t see any other suggestions that looked like they might work, so I went into my wifi settings and tried disabling stuff that says it helps VPNs do stuff but that didn’t help either. Tbh idk what most of those settings even mean. Maybe someone here can help? Nothing should have changed in my settings since last night that I know of…

Halp

Do your browsers have any VPN extensions enabled?

Not sure how to check that, but both chrome and Firefox were working with d2jsp last night when I went to bed and both not working now only on wifi so… is that still worth checking?

Sometimes IPs accidently get lumped into collections of known VPN IP addresses and can accidentally get blacklisted. If that's the case then Kevin will have to sort it out for you.

I'd wait a bit to see if anyone else has any insight here before reaching out to him though. Sorry about the trouble

Unplugging your modem for a bit recycles your IP and has your ISP assign you a new one.

Oooh okay yikes. Hopefully it’s not that. I’ll try resetting again.

Thanks everyone for trying to help me! Looks fixed... at least I'm writing this on my computer again so it's fixed for now! ^_^

I reset my modem/router like 5 or 6 times and right before the last reset I did something based on reading post 7 here: https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=83423077&f=21&p=
Although I didn't actually change any digits, just clicked the MAC Clone button... and apply so... IDK if that actually did anything. Anyway, idk how that works, but glad to be back here so I don't have to try to figure out how to level up my LS mage on phone
