Is this solution permanent?

Is all the gold 'deleted', or is there a chance/process to get any back?

It's a very large amount.

If you got scammed, the person would have to find a way to pay you back before they get unlocked.

Once everyone is paid, the person can get unlocked and they lose all the fg on the account
