Service topic's only gets brought to the first page if it has been longer then 4 hours from the last bump.

These days most traders seem to utilize the Search bar in trading forums so being on the first page isn't really as important especially for services like it was prior to the search feature being added.
For example if I was going to look for a Crush I wouldn't even bother looking at the first few pages of the trading grounds and instead I would just type Crush into the search bar and find your topic that way.
