Hello, I recently submitted an account recovery request
for this account and was denied assistance with the following reason:

I have been actively using this account on this computer for a long time, but when I tried to log into jsp on another computer I'm realizing I forget my password and recovery email. I suppose I can just create a new account and transfer this gold there, but I would prefer to keep this account.
I don't really know what other information I can supply you with. Please provide me with a more descript explanation of what I can do to reset this password.
