Hello, I recently submitted an account recovery request for this account and was denied assistance with the following reason:



I have been actively using this account on this computer for a long time, but when I tried to log into jsp on another computer I'm realizing I forget my password and recovery email. I suppose I can just create a new account and transfer this gold there, but I would prefer to keep this account.

I don't really know what other information I can supply you with. Please provide me with a more descript explanation of what I can do to reset this password.

The only way to recover your account is via the recovery link I gave you below. You must provide many account information. Only the account owner can know. List all the e-mails that come to you mind that you have ever used, enter the orb's you have, amount of donation, paypal account, etc.
Provide any information regarding your account that you consider relevant and may assist you in recovering it.

This is not an automatic system. Each such notification is manually checked by the administrator.

There is no other way to recover your account. Only forum administrators have access to information such as payments or e-mail address for which the account was registered.

I have provided as much info as I really have. If it is absolutely necessary I can prove that I have lived and attended university in Salem and was born in 1991, hence the username Salem1991.

But I feel like the mods or reviewers are not looking at this logically. I have been using this account from this computer for some time. Can't you do ip verification ? Also why would be lying here? I can simply transfer the gold if I want. I just want to keep my damn account.

I am not a staff member here bud. I understand it's frustrating but disclosing all this personal information here isn't going to help your case. I recommend reading the guide posted below and don't give up faith on it. I once upon a time ago were in a similar situation as well as some others I know. Keep trying. If you feel the system is rejecting you kindly reach out to Admin who may be able to assist.

I appreciate you getting the conversation started and using your connections. I think I am handling this appropriately given the recovery system I have been presented with is inadequate to solve my case.
