Ye, this is mostly what I am looking for, makes more sense to me aswell.

They give entertaining guys warns also, nothing to do with crime or likely hood of stealing. Technically if you break rules, nothing to warn ppl that theyre likely to scam

personally, the choices you have:
he gives first - you ok
you have to give first but you trust him - also ok
you have to give first but dont trust him - ok mediator

btw why not? creating an account years back and rarely using it is no sign of special credibility

Yeah some good points, I see how the 2/3 system is most fair, but it feels like there is a good chance that a lot of these 2021 and 2022 accs with tons of posts and gold may be new accounts of people that has been banned on their original accounts due to scummy behavior, could be completely wrong about this tho.

Do the 2/3 rule after trade he had 0 fg and the time to post it on scam thread is to long… no refunds etc.
