Hi guys,

i have an account which is active since 2008 which i cant access because i cant remember the password.
i dont remember the email account on which its been registrated, but on neither of my existing email accounts i receive the reseting password email.

i've done the account recovery which gets denied, although i submitted paypal transaction ids from buying forum gold a long time ago.
i dont get a serious explanation why the account recovery has failed. a support ticket via "contact" i made remains unanswered.

is there any way to recover my old account?

Hope all is well. As it would be with any account recovery for any site, for security reasons admins will have to be 100% sure that you're the actual account owner before restoring the account to you.
Sometimes it may require multiple attempts since admins may require additional information on-top of what you've already provided, so don't get discouraged.

The only thing you can do is submit another account recovery form with more information, several users had to submit quite a few before they were finally able to recover their account.

The only way to recover your account is via the recovery link I gave you below. You must provide many account information. Only the account owner can know. List all the e-mails that come to you mind that you have ever used, enter the orb's you have, amount of donation, paypal account, etc.
Provide any information regarding your account that you consider relevant and may assist you in recovering it.

This is not an automatic system. Each such notification is manually checked by the administrator.

There is no other way to recover your account. Only forum administrators have access to information such as payments or e-mail address for which the account was registered.
