Sometimes personal things come up and the mediator might have to leave for a short time. Wait patiently and the trade will be completed as soon as possible
Remember they are volunteering their free time for this

yep sure, we were just confused after 20+ minutes

It finally is completed though.

Understandable, it can happen on rare occasions though

Worry not, any mediated trade will never go incomplete as long as both traders follow all the instructions given by your mediator.

Sometimes mediators may have went on to grab a drink or pick up a phone call whilst waiting for traders to complete the trade in-game and confirm with them, therefore we sincerely appreciate your patience for waiting as well.
