So I sent in a request to my email and haven't gotten it in about 30 mins. I know it's the right one because I purchased FG and received emails for those. Help pls thx :)

What email provider do you use?
There is some trouble sending emails from JSP with Hotmail and Yahoo.

Wait patiently for the email, but if you don't get one you can always try to use the account recovery tool which is linked below.

I've been having issues with same thing with my Yahoo not getting the codes sent to the email I don't know what the deal is hopefully we can get this fixed soon every time I'm trying to play a game and I need a code I can't so I started adding my phone number to different accounts That I use seems to work a little better

Yep I still haven't received the password reset email. Honestly don't know why I paid for FG if I can't use it.. last time I do that for sure.

Don't get discouraged, there's a ton of volume atm and things can get caught up.

Feel free to use the Contact button at the bottom of the jsp page, it will direct you to the same people who are involved with resetting your password. This can help bring visibility to your issue.
