Basically speaking, PM reports are not moderated, for that reason there is a block list to prevent users from PMing you: https://forums.d2jsp.org/pm.php?c=14

If blocked users keep harassing you in your topics aswell, the best bet is to report the posts and move on without reacting to them.


However, excessive cases will be handled sometimes so I'd suggest you to contact a Junior Moderator if you need further assistance with your concern: https://forums.d2jsp.org/staff.php?g=20

No, this is not allowed.

Staff I am sure will look into this, in the mean time I'd suggest blocking this individual.
