Ran the update and clicked Play. It opens then immediately crashes and gives the unexpected error report window.

Anyone know how to fix?

Nevermind, I figured it out. Think it was the shorter load time fix that Llama suggested. Requires you to go back and do it with the updated files.

Reinstall D2R. Your load time fix you're doing is the issue. It's also been proven it does nothing.

No one has proven it doesn’t work, lol.
It doesn’t improve first in-game loads, but after the zone has been discovered, going back into that Act, area, wp, tp is almost instant, which it is not without the fix.

Is there any reliable load time fixes? I seen the one llama recommended but also seeing mixed reviews on that working properly

Check your Graphics Drivers and Pending Windows Updates.
Also from the Battle.net launcher you can repair the D2R install.
