i want make a youtube account but i don't know a nice name at the moment. can i set a random name and change it anytime later¿ will this cost me money or is it not possible at all¿

You can change the channel name any time but the url is forever I believe.

I was wrong about forever. It's probably best you make your url as close to your channel name as possible if you intend on being serious with it.
