Im getting flood control warnings.
I don't recall getting any warns for violation or anything.
let me know what is up with this issue please!

What kind of flood control warnings do you get? You can only post every 30s - and you cannot view multiple profiles in a row

usually warns me when I add replies or send back messages. or is this normal?

if you try to post one by one within 30 sec. Just such a message will be displayed to you

new accounts have higher thresholds for sending private messages I beleive - when I first started in d2r I couldn't respond to people for like 3 minutes ,which when a dude is in your game it feels like eternity.

After you post more to the community you will have standard delays.

I actually think that your right about that

joined Aug 17 so that might be it. not sure how long this flood control will bug me lol
