Max attack rating that can spawn on rare boots?

Just use IK boots

Rare boots I think is 15, as its the same mod as the +Light radius.

For boots 15 is indeed max as mentioned.

Keep in mind that Dex adds 5 attack rating per point. So boots that have + dex on them are going to add to your AR total. So I would look more at dex boots with the other mods you want rather than attempt AR.

But I'll have to add dex anyway for max block so for me 15ar would be better

Rare boots can get +9 dexterity, so 45 AR > 15 AR

Yeh I get that but I'm saying my dex will be the same with or without boots, so AR will be the same

If you get the right resists on boots, the +9 dex would also apply for max block, saving you 9 points and putting into vitality.

Unless you plan on swapping boots, the +9 dex still better than 15 flat AR.
