I found this in the blizz forums: "Was able to fix the issue by going into my saved games folder: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Saved Games\Diablo II Resurrected\ And then changing the “char.keyo” file to “CHAR.keyo”. Also did the same for “char.ctlo” file. Keybinds are now working correctly"

Do you also play on other platforms? Keybinds also reset for me occasionally when I switch from playing on one platform to another.

This used to happen to me too on Xbox, likely has something to do with D/C and the Blizzards servers
