back in 2009 i got an old account and sadly forgot the password.
I cannot do the Account recovery! Receiving no Email. And yes i have access to the Email account.
Still doesnt work.

Now i hope a dev can help me. Maybe can PM me and we will talk about details.

I just want the few FGs which are on the account..

The only way to recover an old account is through the account recovery form. There is no possibility to get help via PM or any other way.

Also, is the email you are/were using a hotmail email account?

The form said i already tried to recover and i should wait for this recovery to be done but theres no email arriving.

It just would help if a dev or something could "delete" the old Recovery try so i can use it again..

If you have submitted a recovery try, just as it says, you need to be patient and wait for the outcome response. Your recovery case is probably still in review and not done yet which is the reason why you can't submit another try yet.

When have you sent your first recovery try?

i got emails back in 2016 but i could login last time in May '22. Think the recover was after that but it says that there was one back in 16. so i cannot do a new one.
nvm. Saw it is not allowed to have another account so nvm. Ill do my thing here. Was just around 500fgs , but 2009 acc status and 1,5k postings.

So you had access to the account you're trying to recover in may 2022 the last time and after that you tried to recover it again?

Yes, you got that right, the rule is one account per person so multiaccounting is not allowed. If you get access back to the other account in whatever way (recovery or by yourself), you should definitely clear that up with the staff before just transfering the fg without explicit permission to do so.
