I can direct you to the trading grounds, but since prices change gradually with ladder season, ban waves, etc. I don't believe there is such a topic.
You can always use the search function at the top of the correct trading grounds to search for a specific rune, and see how much it sold for recently.

Runes price is forever changing market dynamics, so I don't think there is a fixed ratio.

You probably need to choose a specific game platform in order to see what is the current rune price.

A good way to see what the current “exchange rate” or for a better name current prices, I recommend simply searching the item on the trade forum. I see you play Softcore d2r so I recommend going here https://forums.d2jsp.org/forum.php?f=268&t=3 -> search for Jah and see what people are selling them for vs what someone is offering for them.

For a Jah rune, non ladder d2 legacy, it looks like they’re going for around 15fg - https://forums.d2jsp.org/search.php?c=8&r=1
