Open up your Battle.net client then go to "games" on the top left, then click "shop Diablo II" then scroll down, you should see Diablo II and LoD under the "classic games" section.

i dled it couldnt update patch couldnt get on bnet

I just uninstall and reinstalled it + updated and it's all still fine for me. *shrugs*
