Need help with this.

I had to create this account just to ask for help.

I have read the related topics as it pertains to this exact issue. I have done all steps and waited the allotted 30 mins, hours even days. I gave checked spam folders etc and nothing.

I did not forget my password. When I initially tried to log in to my forums and gold account, I kept getting PW is incorrect etc. I know it was not incorrect because I have it saved.

Not sure what else to do. My lost account was several years old with FG on the account.

Any help will be appreciated.

While using the contact form, did you include as much information about the account as possible?

If you used the Account Recovery Tool, and have provided as much information as possible in the guide mentioned above, you'll have to be patient. This is personally reviewed by the adminiatrator, and may take some time.

I undertand that.

I failed to mention, when I filled out the recovery form, it said I would get an email within minutes to verify etc. I have yet to receive THAT email either.

It is a good email address, as I have gone through old emails that I have received from d2jsp to said email address.

Are you using a hotmail email? There were issues with legacy hotmail addresses not receiving emails from d2jsp in the past, I'm not sure if that's been resolved.

Nope, it's my comcast.net account.

Since I cannot "confirm" my email in order to proceed from my recovery form, I fear I will not get this resolved.

You can keep trying to recover the account and adding as much information as possible and think of more things if possible like how much FG you've purchased, the paypal info used etc, address. Everything you can possibly think of.

I have, the issue I face is that D2JSP is NOT sending me the verification email I need to on the account recovery form, therefore, since I cannot verify my email I will get no help.

I have no idea on what to do now, my only hope is a moderator will see this and reach out. Otherwise, I am out FG and a good-standing account.

Is the email you’re choosing the verification email to go to different the email you linked to your original D2jsp account or is it the same email for both?

If so you can make a gmail account and re attempt the recovery process but choose the gmail email for the verification email to go to. May be a issue between D2jsp and your email comcast I’m not sure just trying to help you use all your options.

You can choose what email the instructions/verification goes to so I would attempt again with a gmail even if you’re only using it to get access back to your old account.
