For you:
Donor forum star upgrades: You would have gotten 3540FG + The star upgrades.
That tool there: You only get the star upgrades.

He added the the 2x 5000FG. So I'm referring from his point of view.

Also no on the last statement of yours. You will not receive both stars and FG when buying.

I speak mistaken. There is no difference, but in the DF section there is more exposure to previous buyers. (aka exclusive to DF members) That link you used is for the whole site (those not in the DF)

Also there is a difference between the systems for the one receiving the stars. As it's a direct purchase in ones name in DF option, while the one linked to is a donation based system instead.
