Can i post an ISO guild topic in gc or donor forum?

I didn't see anything saying you can't.
But was under the impression you can't.

Can someone verify one way or the other on this please?

If you want to get a guild, you can simply create one on your own with the forums.
As for why it is not allowed, it reduces overall spam of topics.
