it's mainly because you staff members don't treat the members here equally
some of you got specific preferences and put specific members above others

you allow specific people to insult without consequences
victims try to get justice on their own because they didn't get it from the staff members.
by doing so, they end up getting more warn

same happened to kyhle and is now beginning to happen with me
but it's your fault too
