I've uploaded the image to imgur but not sure which link and if I just paste that directly into the text box or I need to click the image/IMG button above the text box? Thanks

For forums it's usually the one labeled "BBC Code" and will look like this
Code
[IMG]imageurl.jpg[/IMG]


That's the one you need to embed. The image URL must contain the .jpg or .png in order to work.
