if you see that any of the users violates the rules, just press the report post button and go on. Each report is checked by administrations.

The moderators are busy and they will check it out soon. Second, just because you can't see the action doesn't mean it hasn't been taken.

Just to clarify, if you see that something is against the rules, just use the report button and as soon as case will be reviewed, appropriate actions will be taken.

Report the posts and move on. They will get handled when they are reviewed. Making spam topics in General Help doesn’t do anything to expedite the situation.
