Hi. I have an old locked accound on my email, and this account on an old email were i have no access. It is possible to delete the old locked account so i can change my account on that email?

no. otherwise you cannot have 2 accounts. if you have old one blocked. you can try to pay off your crimes and unblock that account

I already did that. So im free of duty, but Lost and email adress were is my first jsp account and its Lost that old account ( im ok with that)

In that case use the Contact feature at the bottom of the page to contact the appropriate people who can help you with this.

The only way to recover your account is via the recovery link I gave you below. You must provide many account information. Only the account owner can know. List all the e-mails that come to you mind that you have ever used, enter the orb's you have, amount of donation, paypal account, etc.
Provide any information regarding your account that you consider relevant and may assist you in recovering it.

This is not an automatic system. Each such notification is manually checked by the administrator.

There is no other way to recover your account. Only forum administrators have access to information such as payments or e-mail address for which the account was registered.
