Me and my wife play on non ladder. Ever sense the 2.4 update we haven't been finding any high runes in chaos or cows. Has anyone else going through the same thing? How do we fix this? And what are we doing wrong?

Nothing changed in terms of drop rate, so I assume you're just having some bad luck I'm afraid.

Well how do I end the bad luck?

Llama has a video about this for areas that can help, but essentially it boils down to good old RNG

High runes are based off RNG, no amount of MF or specific location will guarantee a drop. There are areas with a better mob ratio to drop runes/potions ETC like Chaos ( Casters ) and Cows for example just due to density/mob drop limits.

It is mostly based off luck and volume/time to kill.
