I've been trying to recover my account for several months now. I had my login as permanently logged in, and was using the same password for about 10 years. I changed my gold password, and forgot what I used for my login information. I know it's dumb hahah but that's easily fixable. The major issue is that I have absolutely no idea what email I used for the account, as I made it back in 2009 (when I was barely in high school). I've tried providing as much information as possible, and have been rejected every time. Is there anyone at jsp at all who can assist me, because I would really prefer to use my original account again. I'm able to provide a lot of information, but apparently not enough for the account recovery tool that's provided. Thank you !

The only way to recover an account is via the contact feature that you seem to have used multiple times already, nobody here on the forums will be able to directly assist you with the recovery. All we can do is provide you the information for the process.

Make sure you're giving all info you can that only the original account owner could know. FG buyouts, star donations, payment method for those (credit card, paypal,..), dates if you have them (check payment history in bank accounts/paypal if you did those, for example), possible emails used for the registration if you don't know the exact one, possible passwords or word parts of the password, maybe even larger FG transactions if you remember some with possible payment comments.. anything that comes to your mind that the original account owner could know can help with the recovery process.

ooo this helps a lot actually ! i never even thought about including possible previous passwords. i unfortunately have to wait for my last recovery request to be denied before i can try again hahaha. hopefully it works, and thank you so much !
