I was eating soup this morning then sneezed into my arm ofc but then i felt cold then i was normal. Please explain i did not find it on google

If I had to guess, it's the onset of a cold.

sneezing is an extremely violent action.. id bet you caused a slight drop or increase in blood pressure depending on if you held back or did a full sneeze... which made you feel cold for a moment.
