I just started using JSP and wondering if there's a way I can get notification through my phone when someone PM's? I don't want to have to keep checking it it all the time. Thank you!

Go to your profile, then settings, then push notifications and select the options you want.

Yes, however tracking the wrong forum can cause a serious amount of unwanted notifications - which is not necessarily something a new member of the community may know how to easily fix.

CrackerSJ is simply letting them know they can track a forum as a whole if they wish.

Assumption don't necessarily make you right, and if you wish to add more details to a post then do so and own it.

For example, you follow my actively and you don't need push notifications to do so however you know people who have push notifications enabled in part so they can follow my posts, etc. My notifications get you to be active.

It's not an assumption. I objectively pointed out what CrackerSJ's post meant, of which you tried to distort.
