If you're refering to an aim training community map, you'd have to go to the steam community workshop, search for an aim trainer map there (there are plenty) and subcribe it. After that you'll be able to join it ingame.

Go play aim_map or aim_ak-colt

I use training_aim_csgo2 , but i'm hold you can find better i presume.
and Crashz' crosshair Generator v3 , To find your favorite crosshair configuration.

In steam browse to CSGO and click the community tab, search training_aim

I think you want to do aim training for CS: GO. If that's the case then you can do training for CS:GO with [URL]https://aimtrainer.com[/URL]
